Daniel Kiczales

Artists Program Fellow

Daniel Kiczales is an interdisciplinary creator whose work integrates video, sound, action, and music. His practice involves processes of image deconstruction and analysis, site-specific actions, and composition, examining the relationships between sound, space, and action.

He has exhibited in Israel and abroad, including at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art; The New Gallery at Teddy Artists’ Studios, Jerusalem; The Tea House Gallery at Hansen House, Jerusalem; The Haifa Museum of Art; The Rockefeller Museum, Jerusalem; Museum Krona in Uden, Netherlands; Triumph Gallery in Moscow; Labyrinth Gallery in Lublin, Poland; Kunsthalle Hannover, Germany; the Venice Architecture Biennale, and others.

His works are held in the collections of the Israel Museum, the Haaretz collection, and private collections. He is a recipient of grants from the Plums Foundation and Mifal HaPais. As a musician, he has released two solo albums and three albums as part of the duo “Yuppies with Jeeps,” and has composed soundtracks for stage, film, and art projects.
