Sharon is a professor in the Institute for Archaeology at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Her research interests are: interconnections in the Eastern Mediterranean during the Third and the Second Millennia BCE; archaeology of cult and ritual; destruction and collapse in the archaeological record; and household archaeology.
