The Institute of Advanced Studies (IAS) of the Hebrew University is organizing a conference entitled “Contemporary Ramifications of Banach Space Theory” in honour of Joram Lindenstrauss and Lior Tzafriri on the occasion of their retirement. The purpose of the conference is to survey the many fields impacted upon by Joram and Lior, an will bring together many leading mathematicians from Israel and abroad.
